Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the premium and sometimes limited-edition nature of our collectibles, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or unsealed collectibles (to preserve mint condition value)
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

2 Approval & Instructions

Within 24-48 hours, our Collector Support Team will review your request and email you with approval and detailed return shipping instructions if your request is approved.

3 Ship Your Return

Once approved, carefully package the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Include a copy of your return authorization email. Ship to our returns facility at:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4 Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt, our quality control team will inspect the returned item. Once inspection is complete (typically 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. You can expect to receive your refund within the timeframes below:

Exchanges

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
