Are the statues official licensed products?
Yes! All our collectibles are 100% authentic and officially licensed. We work directly with manufacturers and authorized distributors to ensure you receive genuine products with original packaging and certification.
Do you carry limited edition and exclusive items?
Absolutely! We frequently stock limited edition pieces and exclusive releases. We recommend following our newsletter and social media channels to stay updated on new arrivals and exclusive drops for serious collectors.

How is my collectible packaged for shipping?
We treat every item with collector-grade care. Your statue arrives with:
• Original manufacturer’s box preserved intact
• Multiple protective layers including bubble wrap and foam
• Custom-fit cardboard boxing for added security
• “Fragile” labeling for proper handling
We understand that packaging is part of the collector’s experience!
Do you ship worldwide?
We offer global delivery service to most countries. However, due to logistical constraints, we currently cannot ship to select Asian regions and some remote areas. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your location.
How long does order processing take?
Our team processes orders within 1-2 business days. During this time, our fellow collectors carefully inspect, package, and prepare your items with the utmost attention to detail. You’ll receive tracking information immediately after dispatch.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind every item we deliver. Our return policy includes:
• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be in original, unopened condition
• Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
What if my collectible arrives damaged?
While rare due to our premium packaging, if your item arrives damaged:

Do you accept exchanges?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase (following our return policy) and place a new order for the desired collectible.
🌍 International Orders
Are there additional costs for international orders?
While we don’t charge additional fees, international customers are responsible for:
• Customs duties and import taxes (varies by country)
• Any brokerage fees charged by carriers
• We recommend checking your country’s import regulations for collectible items
Why can’t you ship to some Asian regions?
Due to distribution agreements and logistical challenges with certain carriers, we’re currently unable to ship to select Asian markets. We’re continuously working to expand our shipping network and appreciate your understanding.
